Food Delivery Voucher Thread

Which platform is this on?

Yeah, it's weird that overnight this appeared. Will now have to compare with Mrd and UE for the best deal.

Getting the same now. So they want us to pay more than the in store prices, pay for a service charge on top, pay a delivery charge and last but not least pay a tip to the driver. They can go suck a tailpipe.

Yip, I won't use UberEats with this price structure. I have a Steers and Debonairs close by which deliver, plus drive thru options aplenty.

Lol I see you can now also pay R1.5 extra if you just want the driver to deliver your order. What's next? Paying for the tires on his bike?

But I like this new system hey. It reduced delivery fees significantly! Even if you add the R1.5 to the reduced delivery fee it's not even close to the original delivery fee.

I don't know if maybe it's because I live in a very busy area but I don't see delivery fees higher than R7-R8 most are around R3 or so if not free.

They cancelled my scheduled order presumably because the takeaway joint is now closed. Thanks for telling me retards could've picked a different time.

This is interesting, looks like you pay the R1.49to make the driver go directly from the restaurant to you, not do other pick ups and drop offs along the way. The cancelled order does suck though.

I have noticed that delivery fees seem much lower than before. Until lockdown I hadn't seen below R10.

Collect only at my two closest KFCs.

Same story around me. I just ordered online and collected at the drive thru. Get to drive thru window and tell them collection of online order. They ask the order number and proceed to last window. Last window they give me my order and a paper to sign for the collection. Off I went. Very quick and efficient actually. :)
