Every call to the call centre is considered important. Sentech wishes to assure its customers of its commitment to world-class service as far as network operations and customer care aspects are concerned.

Last year Winston Smith came to my house to discuss Sentech's shocking service. During the visit he admitted that my speeds were crap and that he would phone me by the end of the week with his solution. (he came on a Wednesday). I phoned him on Friday and he was all apologetic and said he was actually working on a formal response for me. He said he would email it to me or phone me by the latest end of day Monday. All this was in the middle of October 2004.

Since then I have tried to contact him via voice and email and every time proves unsucessfull. What annoys me is the kind of rubbish they have to put in their press release which for any one who has dealt with Sentech knows it is clearly not the truth.

Stop waisting your money on TV ads Sentech. Fire your current technical director and sort out your service, because if you plan to be a world class leader in 3g networking you have tonnes of work because right now you are the worst in the world.

Miss Potgieter, if you take into account all previous garbage she has spoken, is most likely lying.
 
Donavan have you communicated with Sentech... I mean what have you tried?
PM me maybe we can start doing stuff cuz it seems everyone else has given up
but the customer is never wrong :P in theory
 
eh? sorry my post was completly OT I was just wandering if Donavan has made any efforts to speak to Sentech cuz him and I have something in common we are forced to use sentech. (no ADSL blah blah ) I know he was commenting about the article :)

But he seems to be on fire to do stuff I think.

ic here is what you do with the isdn. Get infinit call and abuse it over the weekend. I routinely do >4GB (up and down) on a weekend. It just gives you a warm fuzzy feeling knowing that telkom is giving you that bandwidth for R17.00.
