Ok this is sickening, when did Pretoria get 4mb/s broadband ?

Looks like the SNO is very far along in their infrastructure devolpment.


Quite a number of interesting questions are being asked in this, I personally like the question about treating broadband like another "utility". I can't wait for responses to this forum :)
 
I see Ivy opens the Forum again from 9-9:30. Then she is done for the day..hard work...Heavy...Hope she ties down her feet this time. It is going to be a delayed representation so they can edit her speech before representatives hear it. Wonder if we will have interpreter to decode and translate her speech in common language. Everybody will receive a stimulant to keep them awake during her speech.

She doesn't write her own speeches - writing your own speeches requires one to know wtf youre speaking about, which is not her strong point I'm afraid.
