Food poisoning quick cure pls

I dont think there is a quick cure. Also not sure if about food poisoning from milk tart? Have you maybe eaten chicken or fish lately? Common food poisoning culprits.

Apart from keeping hydrated (sugary drinks should be better to get some energy) and not eating/drinking any dairy products you can't do much, to my knowledge.

You might want to check with the chemist, but i believe food poisoning, like many other ailments, is bactarial (spelling?)
