I bought a 3-tier steamer yesterday and I think it's great!
Most of the stuff that I've tried so far is a bit bland, but I still see lots of potential. It just feels like a healthier way to cook. It also makes me want to experiment with all kinds of vegetables.
For example, I steamed some spinach today, the first bite was bland (I'm not used to "natural" any more), the second bite was "wow, plain spinach is actually not that bad :wtf:". Two bites, as quick as that...
I steamed chicken breasts and they came out perfect, but they were also a bit bland. Maybe I should have used more seasoning and lemon slices, but next time I will.
Please share some tips or recipes, if you want.
