I'm already on per second billing. Will have to test it too maybe we're being screwed there also.

So if you are charged for a service not delivered, never mind overcharged, how lawfully legit is such a contract to begin with, and if not do the Law need to be corrected-? I belief selfdissiline and realism solve a load of problems.

This is effectively per/minute billing. Damn MTN are scoundrels.

Why ? The user is obligated to change his/her price plan, it isn't on MTN to do so.

I'll test on the 17th, I'll make a 20 second call and see if 20 seconds are deducted or a full minute.

Up till now seconds were deducted, whether the minutes are from my contract or additional minutes bought.
