Hi guys, I was browsing Gumtree and looking at cars (classics and older cars before 2000) and I saw a Cortina Bakkie V6 and a Ranchero XR6.
It had me thinking, which is better between the Cortina Bakkie and the Ranchero since you can find them for more or less the same price. From my knowledge the Ranchero was an Aussie special and sold only in Australia, South Africa and I think New Zealand as well. I have no doubt the Ranchero is better for daily commute since it's newer but which one is easier to work on and more reliable?
Also, how does the Cortina compare against smaller unibody bakkies like the Nissan 1400 and VW Caddy (I am aware the Cortina didn't compete against the 1400 and Caddy but I think it would be interesting to see how it'd fair against them)?
