Ford Figo flat spot

I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Figo 1.4 Ambiente.i do experience a flat spot especially in colder weather.as if it doesn't get enough fuel or something.
Does anybody else experience the same thing and if so does anybody know how to rectify this?
Any help would be much appreciated
