Ford Focus 2l tdci 2008 - Engine Fault Error

Hi i need some help if possible.

weve done the top on a Ford Focus 2l tdci 2008. rockers replaced as cambelt snapped. upon assembly, and trying to start vehicle, im getting an error message saying engine faulty. ive seen in the cars book it says should anything happen as in an accident it has a switch that cuts out diesel..could this have happened with the cambelt snapping..? Would diagnostics be a good alternative before anything else is done

Start with reading the error code you are getting. And no, the fuel cut off switch wont engage because of a cambelt.
