Was the ford lock issue ever sorted out or does the new ford specifically the ecosport have the faulty lock?
The dealer has told me the issue was fixed but there is a Facebook page to fords bein broken into.

Being broken into is not the problem but the alarm not sounding is if I remember correctly, any car can be broken into.

Ford never fixes anything. Rather buy something else.
