570 000, including 5 500 in South Africa

What was the problem?

Engine fires and doors opening unexpectedly

Which countries were affected?

Many countries worldwide, including South Africa, Europe and North America

So any Ford Fiesta after 2014 is safe right? Any known issues for 2017??

2013 Fiesta ST.

Better get it checked..

Heard of a 2014 Ford Kuga that gave coolant errors and a puddle of coolant was lying under the car been with Lazarus ford for 2 days, this after they inspected it twice for the recall and there was issues with it being delivered with the wrong oil.
The factory fitted hankook tyres also had a defect and was replaced..

Lazarus Ford didn't provide a courtesy car Lady had to rent one from her own pocket..
