Foreigners exempt from AA laws

Ha, trust me, it's really not better being a foreigner in this country looking for employment. The amount of effort you have to go through to get a work permit/correct visa/red tape red tape red tape/etc - I guarantee that the exclusion of AA issues still does not make foreigners better off!
 
I don't think that article means what you think it does.
It's saying that AA will not benefit foreigners, they will be given less priority than a white South African.

"Where a South African black candidate is not available for a post, and if all things are equal, the South African white candidate should receive preference," he said.

I don't think people even read the article before commenting when it comes to AA/BEE.

It also depends on the company, I remember Eskom was hiring black Americans to fill AA posts. But that is Eskom after all.

Obviously Eskum don't follow that rule - remember the black American engineers they employed.

What the ANC scumbags do and say are miles apart.

Eskum and other ANC run institutes employ foreigners, many of them white Brit's, on high priced short term contracts, rather than employ white South African engineers.
