Foreskin woes

So my foreskin seems to be giving me some issues lately and I don't know where to go or what to do

Do I go to a normal GP, Urologist or Men's Health Clinic?

Symptoms are: A red inflamed foreskin which is tight to retract

Washed daily, twice a day, so hygiene is not the issue. I've also tried some yeast infection cream thinking it could be that however, that has not helped.
