I tried to reduce my monthly billing for Telkom Internet. Going to the Telkom Shop/Store in Cresta on the 29th of May, I was presented with a different monthly 'package' at a lesser monthly rate. For R 807.00 I could kept my landline 'package' and go from a SoftCap of 40 GB to UnCapped with the same 10Mbps speed. What actually happened with my next statement, the 'package' cost more instead of costing less. I raised a dispute with Telkom on the 24th of June to say that I was being overcharged. Telkom has ignored me ever since, even though I sent a complaint to ICASA. Telkom 'Escalations' has sent me a couple of emails since saying they are attending to the matter. Which year can I expect a resolution? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! CAB
