formatting floppy for sbootmgr

I'm trying to create a system boot manager using my floppy link . I get an error on dos prompt after hitting enter "can't figure out how many sector's/track for this diskette"

I'm trying to boot from USB B: floppy drive that i can configure the CD boot problem i'm experiencing for Slackware 11 iso d1 file...
Does this have to do with how i formatted the disk B:?
 
All this is French to me.is the cd drive messed up.....is the os messed up

Slackware (Linux Distro) has three ISO files for installation. I can't seem to boot from the 1st one (common prob with Slackware 11). 1 solution is to boot with floppy to conf ISO to boot. sbootmgr is an image program to be used for boot & must be on floppy/CD/HDD. I shud format floppy before installing sbootmgr. I did format but when following steps to install, i get an error frm dos....
