Get rFactor, go to rFactorcentral, and download the F1 '79 Mod which ships with one of the best looking versions of Kyalami you'll find anywhere. The mod simulates the 1979 season with Jody Shekter et al.

You'd also want to take a look at the F12005 mod for rFactor.
