Where can one get some of those here in SA? I don't want to go rummaging through all the malls looking for a hobby shop that might have one.

The normal Google searches just turn up international sites. I want to keep this as a last resort if I can't source find anything locally.

There was a thread here somewhere recently about a magazine subscription 1:7 scale Red Bull F1 nitro R/C car. The same company has small die cast models I think. So if you find the company name maybe you can find a local distributor and take it from there.
