Forum posting problems

I am trying to use a forum hosted overseas in the USA. It makes use of IPB forum software but I can't log in properly. Everytime I log in i get logged out. I contacted the admin and they say its not their side. Could it be something todo with saix or what. I have heard before that some people also get problems with logging into forums

It's related to SAIX's transparent proxy.

Do a search through the threads with: transparent, proxy, and forums, there was a few threads on this issue.
