Forwarding Calls Issue

Howzit guys

Strange issue that points to something being off on my profile but it seems I can't forward my mtn number to any other number?

When I tried to phone my number after setting it to forward all calls there's no dialing/engaged tone but there is a forwarding tone but just says disconnected immediately after the "forwarding tone".

I've tried another contract that's same as mine and tried forwarding to the same number and it works.

This only became an issue recently..

Has anyone experienced something similar?

Call mtn customer care. They can try remove and then back the call forwarding service on your line. That could fix it.
