That's like asking your webhost to fix your website that you wrote wrong.

.. Oh wait, that's exactly what you're doing.

Get an IE debugger and see where the problem lies.

EDIT:

Works 100% on firefox.

You should know exactly what "support" they offer.

Code/bug fixes in your sites code doesn't sound like their problem unless they developed your site for you?
 
Well you have 2 options

Fix your site and get it up and running again

Or

Ask me for a website quote :D

The thing is because you got it free you will not be able to force them to do anything

Well if it's a site builder of course I'd make sure it ran on the browser I developed :D. As for IE, what version is it failing on? If you say 6 then well...
