Found a lump on my left nut sack

So my wife was playing with the family Jewels and found a lump The thing i cant understand is why did the girl next door not find it ?

Take it from me (I found a lump on my neck)... GET IT CHECKED IMMEDIATELY!!! If I had not found my lump when I did, I would not have lived another 2 - 5 yrs! I had stage 3 melanoma!

EDIT: I'm still in treatment, been 11 months so far of surgeries (2 of), radiation & chemo... but I'm alive & my cancer markers are now way below normal!!! (FYI I am only 35)

+1 it could be something similar to a vericose vain but a lump which is nothing to worry about.
The doc tuned me cancerious growths usually happen IN the testicle itself, its like a really hard pebble if you feel your ball
