Thinner than both the previous generations of Nano and technically superior, the new generation Nano is bound to churn up the mobile audio market yet again. This little beast now sports features from more advanced and higher priced models in the iPod range.

The six previous colors (silver, black, mint, turquoise, red, and pink) have been joined by bright blue, yellow, purple, orange and green and are described by Apple as Nanochromatic. They say that because they now resemble the visible colors of the rainbow.

The all-alluminium and glass casing looks amazing and the accelarometer allows for it to auto flip the screen depending on how you hold and view the iPod Nano. It even shuffles your songs when you shake it.

The new Ipod launched yesterday at the Apple Let’s Rock event.
