Fox channels on TopTV

I was very excited when I visited the foxFX website and saw all the great shows on the channel.
When I got toptv I wondered why they were not the same....then I realised we are in dark africa and there is instead a very low grade offering called foxfxafrica.....wtf
I think this was a bit deceptive of toptv

Well this is the real fox, the reason being fox USA is the content regulator for the channel, apparently over the next six months the channels content will become more current, the content that is being currently shown is launch content while'st they build their product. This is what someone in TopTv has being saying but at this point I have no idea, but hopefully we will get new shows soon, cuz moonlighting and buffy is driving me crazy!
