FPS on Wii ?

Are these games any good on the Wii ? (C.O.D. ,Medal of Honour ) etc. I want to get one of these games for my son , but need some input from you guys . He has the normal controller etc. He doesnt have the add on's

Conduit sounded quite impressive as a FPS. There's also the Metroid games that pull off FPS quite well on the wii.

I'm assuming you mean he has the wiimote and the nunchuck? Most games should run fine with just those two.

Thanks Pyro , yes he has the wiimote and the nunchuck . What I am actually asking is the wiimote "good" as an actual aimer at the screen to shoot with , or do you need the "gun type" ftting which you put the wiimote into ?

I never bought the gun chassis thing, seemed like a bit of gimmick to me.

Functionally it doesn't change the wiimote, it just gives you a slightly different grip on it.

My colleague know the Wii much better than I do, but he's on leave, so I can't actually get his opinion

Metroid Prime Corruption is the very first FPS that I have been able to play on a console.

I am of the WASD PC gaming ilk and could never achieve that same speed/accuracy with thumb twiddling controllers as I could with ~ +mlook back in the day (aaaw YEAH!!)

Nunchuck + wiimote changed all that, IMO it is HUGELY playable in this format
