Frame Error rates

Hi there.

I am using a 2MB Modem, this evening iBurst is not usable at all for anything that requires any from of persistent connection.

Doing a simple ping to google.co.za here this is what I am seeing

I have checked my modem and I am on 100% Signal but since late this afternoon the Frame Error rate is just jumping around from 0.1% to 15% I attribute all the time outs to this. This has never happened before even when its storming and overcast at the moment it's overcast but not anything extreme.

Changing MTU has no effect on this I've rebooted my modem etc.

Its connecting to BSCC 19 (Which it always does)

Doing a speedtest I am able to get 1.7Mbps download however all speed test sites including MYbb and speedtest.net fail on upload test.
Any ideas if this is my side or just poor performance at the moment or issue with the tower?

So this morning I was connecting to Aligned BSCC 20 not 19 anymore. JUst got back from work and its connected to 19 again but its really fast so Thanks to whoever fixed it. !!

Download Speed: 1987 kbps (248.4 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 386 kbps (48.3 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 115 ms

There was a RF link that degraded in the Douglasdale area that had to be replaced. It didn't degrade enough for the redundant paths to kick in.
