Hi, I hope someone cam advise me. Had a very weird call this morning from someone who said 13 other people are using my Telkom internet. I said I would rather discuss this personally with Telkom as something just didn't seem right. Been trying to get through to a person at Telkom who can assist me urgently but between getting different numbets from different people (half of the numbers dont work and half of the people say they cant assist me), im put through to answering services and voice prompts but nobody can actually assist. Has anyone else experienced someone calling them and advising them of other users on their router? What number do I call at Telkom to get assistance here?
