Freaking Gelmar Rollers, How Do I Put the drawer back

I had something fall behind the bottom drawer, I looked up to remove a drawer and that worked but this damn thing isn't going back properly, it closes 75% and then stops.

It's the bottom drawer I spend too much time faffing about I know I'm going damage my back even further.

how do I put this thing back properly?

Push the black pointed end up/down on both hinges , then the draw will slide in fully

Extend the arms fully and don't push them in while you roll in the drawer on the arms.
Once drawer is at the black pointed end, push down on it and drawer will slide in full.

If all else fails, use force. But as others said, extend all arms and push that black tab on each side in.
