Hahahaha! Ok. I'll play translator. The OP is asking whether the monthly 500mb you get on the BlackBerry 8520 contract 1 can be used when you tether via PC.

The answer is yes. When you sign up for it (and how the contract is marketed as well) they tell you its 500mb of free YouTube streaming every month...as we all know, this just means its 500mb data (plus another free 25mb which all 8ta BlackBerry contract users get).
