Free code editor the closest to Dreamweaver

Hey, I'm looking for a free code editor that's the closest to Dreamweaver.

I found Sublime Text editor and it's great except for:

1. The tags don't close automatically when you type </. Dreamweaver will close tags automatically for example <div></div> When you type <div></.
2. The code hints/suggestions aren't the same as Dreamweaver. For example if you type <input (space), nothing pops up with available values like name, type, src etc.

Other than that Sublime text is an awesome editor and I love that it comes with themes.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. If can only find patches or something to make Sublime more lik Dreamweaver, that would be awesome.

alternativeTo throws up a bunch of suggestions which, seeing as you didn't specify your OS, may well have you covered. Aptana Studio 3 is the first big harum-scarum name on the list ..happy hunting.
