Free credit report

Since the last time I've got my report, they've introduced an authentication system on the site.

I've logged in, bought, payed and viewed before - but now it gives 5 multiple choice questions relating to your report. I've 'failed' this twice and it kicks me to manual authentication (faxing, certifying IDs etc) - which I can't be bothered to do. Yes, it's only R89.00 they lose, but if this happens to multiple clients, the loss of revenue adds up

I've bought this report 5 times, but due to this stupid authentication they've lost a client. Bleh

I signed up for their R200 thing over the phone. Then they mail you your report and also notify you when there is an enquiry or change on your account. That lasts for a year iirc
 
Ok - just to add to the authentication issue I had this morning.

I emailed support my issue - not asking for a solution, but rather telling them that I think the authentication system was useless. I received a reply 10 minutes later with a solution .... and a follow up call 10 minutes after that.

Credit report bought 10 minutes later - so all was good in the end :)
