Free data with contract problem.

Hi Guys

Not really sure what the point is for me to post here, hopefully there is some MTN person on here that can be more helpful than the call center.

I realized on vacation Dec 2015 that I am not receiving my free data that I should receive with my contract, logged a call in Jan 2016, at least I have now received my data for Feb 2016, I am still struggling to get them to credit my data back to July 2015 when I renewed my contract.

On the previous conversation the data center replied that I received my data since July 2015, I then called again asking them to check my invoices, before Feb 2016 my free data was not even loaded on my account, it's been logged as a request to check and followed up request today. I have around 6 ref numbers already and I am nowhere.

If there is someone in MTN here that can assist, would appreciate if you could contact me on pm.
