Porkbun registrar currently has non-premiums for free with coupon GOOG19A

Might be of use to someone...

Do watch out for that renewal fee though

$34 renewal, not that bad. R300 cheaper than Domains.co.za
 
Healthcare domain renewals are pricey. R200-600 is ok.. but like I saw a few that was 2-3k

That does seem to be roughly market. Namecheap is 40ish

Guess I'll be paying then. Snagged a sweet one that I'm not letting go. (dictionary word & makes sense when read as a whole with the TLD)

Shouldn't be linked to the industry? Generally anything that shows up in a dictionary will be "premium" though which usually means $$$.
