i found this card but im not sure if it does what i want it to do so ANY INFO on it will be very helpful

No. Not possible. You can only use it to watch FTA channels. FTA = free to air.

You must get a card with a CI (Common Interface). Take a look at the Skystar I and Skystar II and clones thereof.
