Free Google Apps for work implementation and support

Good day

After working as a consultant implementing and doing support for Google Apps for work, I have decided to become a reseller myself as well. In order to be a certified Google Apps reseller. I need to maintain and do 25 Accounts. So I'm offering to do support and maintenance for Google Apps for work to current clients or people who want to move to it. You can still handle payments by yourself , I'll just need the support pin to prove to Goolgle that I have been working on the account.

1. How long has the account been in existence ?
2. Is it the legacy edition?
3.Are you able to get a support PIN?

If the answer for number 3 is yes, then the answer is yes !

1. I have 3 companies, all between 2 and 3 years old I think.
2. All legacy free editions
3. Not sure on the PIN, I setup the accounts and have access to the management console, I assume its there? I have never logged a support call with Googles help before so never needed it.
