Free Installation Vouchers

so i went to the somerset mall hi-fi corp and was told Elsat does the free installation vouchers.

i went on to the ellies website and found the email address there...i have a few questions.

the mail was returned wtf??
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

so i filled in the form...will see if the reply.

then second of all i found a complaint on HelloPeter from march this year.
i have their cape town number so will call then as well

in the meantime: here are my questions..anybody that had a free installation done recently and can tell me more??

my questions:

2. how many hours labour do i get?
3. the cable is only 15m what if the dish needs to go further up? and also
i want RG6 cable please.
4. how much is the RG6 per meter please?
5. Will everything be in perfect working order when the installers leave??

ok so i called the cape town office and spoke to anthea..she gave me the names of 4 installers in this area: i found NONE of them in the phone book!!! and never saw an add for any of these businesses in the District Mail ...hmmmm

3. you get 25m cable not 15m and yes also extra if you want RG6
5. i hope so, i will activate dstv during the installation process to that the guy checks the channels that are important to me

but what concerns me is the installers are not in the book and nowhere in our local paper the District Mail and have never heard of them, i have a cell number for the one guy...will call him later

free installation just done...i was worried for nothing! the guy from ElSat did a great job!!!!
