Free line Upgrade during Lock Down

Mybroadband might want to speak to Mweb I have just gotten off the phone with them and they have said that they not aware of free upgrades during the lock down period. I asked if they can confirm this and they said they were not aware of the advert or promotion. I said this was an article on Mybroadband where your Mweb is mentioned that they are offering a free upgrade during the lock down and they said you can upgrade at a cost. The sales person jumped around the questions and would not give me an answer and when I said I would send the article to him on email then the call suddenly dropped..........Mweb look like they are trying to get free advertising from Mybroadband.
