FREE local hosting for almost all ADSL users

It is strange but I don't think that even a small percentage of ADSL users make use of the FREE local hosting option that is available to them?

Do they allow for personalised domains? I'd sooner sever a limb than have my web identity associated with telkom, or any isp for that matter.

I don't want to wake sleeping dogs that is why I don't mind to reply to each email.

The space and bandwidth is not much 10 mb space and 400 mb bandwidth but it is FREE so why not. (I have by the way my own international servers but Free is free and local IS faster)

You can also use your own domain name and I in fact recommend that you use your own domain name.

Just to be 100% clear you're saying that the free hosting being advertised is local even though saweb.info is hosted in the US? (http://whois.domaintools.com/saweb.info)
