Free MMOs with local servers

I don't know much about MMO games but I've recently started playing Steel Legions and Pirate Galaxy. They're a lot of fun but it eventually becomes annoying because of the poor response times and connection time outs.

So I'm looking for some free MMO games that I can play on local servers like RoseZA which I currently have on download.

Any other suggestions?
