Free Month! Go iburst

I burst just phoned me. Cape Town was down for 3 days and because of that they giving me a month free! Go iburst!

I'm a new subscriber to iburst as of this month. I used to be on adsl and i can tell you one thing telkom or ADSL isps would never offer that !

If they don't phone me I'll just save them the telephone bill and give them a call.

Sounds great though, did you moan about this specially or anything? Or maby its only people in the CBD as they actually had their tower go down..

I logged a call with their helpdesk and they couldn't close it for three days. Cape Town was only suppose to be down 1 hour ?

I quite new to iburst < 1 month. I have a month to month account and I get a reasonable connection ~800kbps. I can play battlefield 2142 online and best of all I'm not paying Telkom for a phone line I don't use !

I did have a small run in with the accounts department about reversing a charge to my credit card after I cancelled a modem order. I did get the feeling that not all is well in the billing department, but anyhoo at least I can call them and it got sorted out.

So I'm a pretty happy chap!

just beware that the accounts department doesn't charge you for the "FREE MONTH"
