Free samsung buds with A31

Samsung has a promotion that when you purchase a Samsung A31 you get the buds for free. To claim it you need to open the Samsung members app and a banner should appear "claim your buds" however I have never got this banner on my newly purchased device.

Has anyone have experience with this and know how to fix / claim the buds?

It lasts till 4000 claims or 31st August (whichever comes first).

Best thing to do is phone Samsung on Monday and ask. If you bought it within the promotion period you have till 7th September to claim it.

Claimed one about 2 weeks ago but never got email confirmation. Do have a ref no though. Will follow up in the week.
Checked the app yesterday and the banner is gone.
