scam website, notice "registred" is spelled incorrectly and shame on you sending a referral link irrespective of it being fake or not.
 
I got enough points and it wanted you to enter your cell nr into those question forms.... it's a scam.
 
It's always a scam. Why people bother filling out these things or sending out referrals baffles me. The 10 referral limit is just to get more users to click, which in turn means more add revenue. Then the payoff is always some sort of survey or cellphone subscription.

Honestly, if Valve were to have a promotional event, you'd think they'd host it on their domain and not register some third-party website just for one event.
 
Its pretty easy to "bypass" their systems , just open a new tab in your browser and go to hidemyass.com , it will spoof your IP , and the website picks it up as a new pc. Do that a few times untill you have enough points , then its pretty easy to see if it's legit or not .
 
Or you can use an even easier method and use your brain. Valve would never run a promotion on a third party website.
