Free synctoy like app for OSX?

I've been looking for a Microsoft synctoy like application that will allow me to do incremental backups or echo changes between folders, know of one that's reliable?

I don't think I like the way time machine does it, I prefer doing backups manually.. maybe you have a few time machine tips on syncing folders?

how about superduper - its very reliable and handles smart backups (incremental) very well.
