Free Video Editing Software

I need to install a video editing software. I literally just need to remove the sound from the video.

I installed a free trial software from Filehippo but this had a watermark in the middle of the screen!

Anyone have any suggestions? It's just for basic things at work.

Davinci Resolve works for me.

I believe Blender has a free video editing package, which is pretty good for something that is free.
Davinci Resolve works well too.

Windows Movie maker is another one.

If you just need to remove the sound, then Handbrake can do that.

Windows used to come with a basic free video editor, not sure if that is still around. Looks like the Windows 10 photo app has some video editing capabilities.

I expect so.. Hopefully a couple simple YouTube tutorials.
Usually rely on hubby for all IT related 'issues' but he is not at the office and I am impatient

I kinda wish I could work out why that doesnt run well on my system. Might be my tiny laptop intel gfx or something. In preview mode with 8GB of ram my video stutters.

Yeah, I see they recommend 16Gb of RAM and a SSD. Video editing in general loves memory.

Dang.. Yeah, and I have a mechanical drive. Its computing hell Miss my main PC. Now I just got an under powered laptop
