Zanu-PF had 18 years to "fix" things. Give the MDC their day in the sun; maybe in 10 years we'll be hoping the New ZANU-PF (NZANU-PF) will win the election against that dictator Tsvangirai. Though I doubt he could make it much worse, maybe he'll be the next Sam Njomo instead of Idi Amin.

i think lets get the mdc in before wondering what they can do

see our army could have moved in to make sure the elections where free and fair but no we sit back and do nothing even though all these aliens from zim are killing our local boys because they work for next to nothing
 
The same thing that happened last time will happen again, at will initially look like he's loosing then suddenly Mad Bob will surge to victory...

What army? I'm pretty sure in a conflict between us and zim we would get our asses handed to us.

Strange that a guy like Bob would mention Coup in an earlier statement. And the Police is currently deployed in all cities :eek: But that would give SANDF the go ahead to a full on assault - UN approved :D

The SADF won't do anything because our president won't have the balls to give the go ahead.

And I recon Mad Bob will probably start picking up votes nearer the end like he did last time... I feel like I said this already... I think I did.

We currently have a seat in the UN. If the UN says we need to help, not even Mbeki has the right to say no
 
funny how the ANC came to power thanks to the world 'interfering in apartheid South Africa's internal affairs' -
yet the ANC likes using this same reason, to justify NOT interfering in Zimbabwe..

I guess there's more wealth to be looted from the Congo than in Zimbabwe - hence SA's willingness to
interfere there..

That said - like everyone else, watching the unfolding situation in Zim...
