Do they even exist anymore?
The last one I saw had to be dug out of a storage closet after I emailed the administrators of the project to find out why our local one had gone missing. That was about 4 years ago.

What software/ditro are you looking for, OP? Can't you just download it?

Fedora 19 and Linux Mint 15. Nope don't have ADSL. And companies selling them seem to be disappearing. Existing ones don't respond when contacted.

Maybe post in the Linux forum asking if someone is willing to write it to disk for you? Or let you fetch it?

I think the freedom toaster project mostly died out when ADSL became more affordable. It had a very worthwhile purpose when people couldnt just download linux distros but now its easier to just pull it yourself.
