Educational Requirements:
· Matric
· Tertiary education a must
· 3 years experience
Skill Requirements:
- Proven skills with mobile device development, including applications which use GPRS data connectivity, GPS navigation and possibly e-commerce
- At least 3 years development experience, preferably in the mobile space and using java as the primary development tool.
- Some embedded development would be a bonus, particularly where this concerns interfacing (SPI or UART) to the various device instruments
- Good database knowledge and distributed application development using (Sockets, TCP/IP, UDP)
- Some exposure to radio elements on the phone such as Bluetooth, WiFi or even NFC would be a great advantage
