Job description: QA Tester
Location or telecommuting: Would like to work from home as I am also employed.
Permanent or part-time: Part-Time
Junior, intermediary or senior: Senior
Availability: Immediately.
Experience:
Technologies: iOS, Android, Windows, OSX, Xbox, Playstation.
About me: I am a 27 year old who graduated in a BSc in Computer Games Development at the University of Westminster (London, United Kingdom). Since then, I have been doing QA work in the UK for a small company named TouchAware as well as making videos promoting their product. I have also been working on AAA titles as a QA Tester and eventually became a Lead Tester.
I then moved to South Africa where I am now a QA Manager and Junior Producer for a gaming studio here in south Africa for nearly two years.
Although most of my background is in game development, I would not have a problem in testing in fields outside of that as software development as a whole follows the same progress. Programmers write code, QA finds the creates test cases based on the software given and find bugs.
I am good in using any tool provided for bug report, whether it be Trello, Mantis or Jira. If it's software I have not used before, I am confident that I will understand its workflow quick.
Links (optional): Can provide CV if needed.
