Freemake Video Converter

I've used it before, but not for years.
I think you should state the problem you're having.

Thanks for your reply. i have used it for a long time for burning downloaded TV series to disk. It\s worked superbly until about a month ago, now it only burns videos to a square format and not widescreen. i have been in touch with frremake and followed their instruction but its still the same. As fa as i am aware i have not changed any settings.

Off topic but...
You can't connect to your TV via USB or video cable?
Burning discs still....damn.

The discs are not for me as I have a Smart TV and a media player. It's for a widow friend of ours who lives in a retirement home.

Sorry, I don't know how CD's work anymore .

But isn't there an option where you can set the dimensions in Freemake before you export it to the format you want.

There is also a program called Handbrake I think that does the same.

Ah ok.
Hope you come right.

You can try HandBrake for convert video https://handbrake.fr/
Check the output setting Freemake Video Converter and post it in the thread. Uninstalling and Reinstalling Freemake Video Converter will not help, the setting is save in C:\Users\your username\AppData\Local. If you can't find the save file to delete open a new user in your windows, Freemake Video Converter will start with the default settings. Test Freemake Video Converter in the new user to see if it works. HandBrake is nice to use and better then Freemake Video Converter.
