Hey Guys,
I wonder if someone can help me locate some freeware tournament manager software. I want to run a double elimination tournament with 16 competitors. Here is an example of what I would like the thing to do.

If you take a look at the output, I assume the programme outputs the HTML code to run that page. It will just be something small, but the software used in the page above costs 350dollar! I also cannot use "cough" the full package
as it will most likely go up on the companies blog page. Any suggestions?
Also I have a ridiculously evil firewall at work. So I cannot download and try out any that I have managed to google. Suggestions are welcome.
