Frequent disconnections

Is anyone else getting disconnected every 3 minutes or so?

I know its windy, but the signal seems to be stable.

(Horizon tower)
 
Aspersie's on 3G anyway, so I don't know why he commented here???
 
i haven't been able to connect since last night
different kind of error messages all the time...

something is definitely wrong there....

Nope ... no disconnections on my side .... probably cause I'm not connected at all!

Me retracts and take foot out of mouth. Need to start spending more time here. :o
 
Hehe, this thread got a bit confused... BUT, the good news is the disconnects ARE fixed, and i guess it was only the Horizon tower that got the hiccups..
 
I'm also on Horison. It's been very unstable since the beginning of August and frequently disconnects after midnight.
 
I'm on the MyWi 256kbps package. Like everyone else, I have been experiencing slower speeds in the last few days, but on Saturday things went from bad to worse. I now get disconnected every 30 seconds to 3 minutes. Ever tried to download a torrent under those conditions?

Sentech says there's a problem on my account and they've escalated it to their 2nd level support. There's been no further feedback from Sentech on the problem. The helpdesk guys don't talk to the 2nd level support guys so I'm on my own. Besides bHOLDer is anyone else having the same problem?
 
This is getting silly now - can't keep a connection up for more than 10 minutes - sounds like Sentech need some little blue pills :eek:
 
The frequent disconnnections happened again Saturday afternoon, but luckly it seems to fix itself after a couple of annoying minutes...

But yeah, downloads is a no-no - When I started this thread, each page I opened was requested by a diffferent IP :eek: It was amuzing in a very sad way.

OH!!! Ive managed to connect to Helderkruin tower since Saturday - and thats where I got the disconnections, so its not the tower...
 
I'm also on Helderkruin atm, since Horison keeps "going down". It's not a very stable tower and very slow. *sigh* I hate August. There is just always so many issues with Sentech this time of the year.
